Located in section L, Nosara Guanacaste, the Villa Willis project is situated on a lot that borders a protected jungle refuge. As a result of a 15-meter setback from the refuge, the villa's design features a 45-degree rotated layout, which achieves privacy for the social area while also directly overlooking the jungle, ensuring a view.

The 45-degree rotated floor plan allows us the opportunity to design gardens that serve the dual purpose of illuminating and ventilating the social spaces and corridors. This arrangement ensures that the social area remains connected to the outdoors, promoting an interaction between the interior and exterior environments.

Adding to the architectural design, a wooden partition wall on the terrace pivots for versatile usage. This feature enables residents to savor moments of tranquility and seclusion by creating a private sanctuary or the opportunity to bask in the sunlight as it bathes the pool area.
