1. Preliminary Studies

The preliminary design. analyzing the program of requirements for a project and the interpretation and incorporation of basic studies into a preliminary approach or scheme for discussion with the client.
3. Construction Plans
The set of construction drawings and technical specifications. The construction drawings must fully comply with the current building regulations of municipalities and other institutions governing public services. Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical systems
4. Site Visits
Architectural site inspections. This service involves weekly monitoring of the construction process in all its technical aspects. having as an objective that it is done in compliance with the best work rules, construction plans, technical specifications and documents.
